TB Nicholson is a PhD dropout with the demeanor of an old west outlaw. After moving back to his hometown of Sandstone Springs (a dying small town in Arizona), he has been nothing but a nuisance to the townsfolk living there. TB once wanted to achieve great things, but nowadays struggles to find any ambition, choosing rather to get stoned and creating something awful (possibly radioactive) in his makeshift lab (his garage) to pass the time. Yes, his name stands for "tuberculosis"!
